  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen or fresh mixed berries I like to use a blackberry, raspberry and strawberry mix.
  • 3 Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk


  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until well combined. Consume immediately.
