Keto Friendly Almond Flour Blueberry Waffles

Whether or not you are following the trendy and “of the moment” keto friendly diet, all can enjoy this low carb delicious almond flour blueberry waffle recipe.


  • 2 cups of Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. of baking powder
  • 1 tsp. of vanialla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups of blueberries

Step 1.

Mix together the almond flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.

Step 2.

In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs and vanilla extract. Once combined add to the bowl filled with the almond flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.

Step 3.

Fold in the two cups of blueberries. Once all combined scoop a large ladle or about a 1/4 cup of the waffle mixture onto a waffle maker. In a matter of minutes you will be eating delicious keto waffles!
