This almond flour waffle recipe is simple and can be modified to your liking. If you want to add blueberries, add them. Strawberries on top? Go a head!
All you will need for this simple breakfast are the ingredients below and a waffle maker.
If you don’t have a waffle maker you can take this recipe and make a pancake on the frying pan as an alternative.

- 2 cups of Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour
- 1/2 tsp. of salt
- 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
- 2 tsp. of baking powder
- 1 tsp. of vanialla extract
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups of blueberries
Mix together the almond flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs and vanilla extract. Once combined add to the bowl filled with the almond flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
Fold in the two cups of blueberries. Once all combined scoop a large ladle or about a 1/4 cup of the waffle mixture onto a waffle maker. In a matter of minutes you will be eating a delicious almond flour waffle!
